Our technology suite includes Fortigate, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Office 365.We are now seeking a Systems Administrator to join our dedicated IT team.You will be responsible for the management of our extensive school systems and will provide level 3 technical support to students, staff, parents, and third parties.While experience in all the listed systems is desirable, it is not mandatory. Support will be provided by a select group of consultants to ensure success in the role.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and maintaining Switching, Fortigate Firewalls, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Office 365Providing level 3 tech support to various stakeholdersCollaborating with students, staff, parents, and third parties to resolve technical issuesWorking with consultants for expert advice and supportManaging backups, documentation of processes, and proceduresContinuous monitoring and improvement of system performanceWhat we offer youWe offer a supportive and engaging work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
